Braised Pork Belly in Mass Rising IPL, Braised Greens, Peaches, Maple Glaze
Mass Rising Double IPL – Double India Pale Lager. Big cirtus hops. Pungent Grapefrut and pine, balanced bitterness. Sweet malt background.
Saxonator – Dunkles Dopplebock – Sweet and roasty character. figs, toffee, and earth surrounded by a mild campfire smoke.
